Well, in general, cats.
But dogs (and humans) do have one advantage: they’re more efficient.
In other words, they can hunt for longer distances by minimizing their energy usage.
Cats, on the other hand, have apparently evolved in a way that trades efficiency for stealth (unlike the cat below).
That low-to-the-ground slink that cats (domestic and wild) use to creep up on their prey? It takes a fair amount of energy, but it gets the job done.
