Two volunteers with Eastern German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue in New Jersey got more than they bargained for when they went looking for a missing GSP.

By the time they spotted the missing dog, they were up to their thighs in a muddy marsh.
Fortunately, state troopers were able to rescue both women, as well as the dog, and all are fine.
