Partygoer Saves Dog’s Life

As the Los Angeles Times reports, a woman giving a party tied her two dogs to a treehouse by their leashes, and then blocked the entrance with chairs. This was all intended to keep the dogs from escaping the back yard while guests entered through a side gate. Why she couldn’t confine them somewhere inside the house, I don’t know.

One of the dogs, a chihuahua, got past the chairs, tried to jump from the treehouse with its leash still attached, and … well, you can guess the outcome wasn’t good.

Fortunately for the dog, one of the guests, Krisna Torres, performed mouth-to-snout resuscitation and got her breathing again. A vet checked her out and cleared her to go back home.

Let’s hope her owner has learned a lesson.

  2. It is an example set by the noble lady to teach us that every life is worthy. Our pets definitely deserves the best care from us and we should provide that. Otherwise there is no meaning of keeping pets. We salute you for whatever you have done Krisna.
