Emmi was shipped from Seattle to NYC, then back again within a week

Gene Lyons at Salon talks about what happened to Emmi, who was purchased and shipped across the country, then sent back when she didn’t work out.

As Mr. Lyons says,

Buying a dog on the Internet is like marrying a Russian mail-order bride. Unpleasant surprises are all but guaranteed.

He has some good insights about the whole sad situation. I hope poor Emmi can be placed in a more suitable home.
